Book an Appointment

We ask that you consider our policies not as restrictions but as indispensable rules, which allow us to provide high standards of service where our professionals can focus on your needs. With regard to appointment cancellation fees, these are unfortunately necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated to clients and patients when they make the appointments.

Appointments

To make an appointment; please contact us directly by calling 905-813-3200 or by emailing us at info@pulselaserclinic.com. Please be sure to provide your full name, telephone number, and service you would like to have done along with your availability and preferred dates.

Upon scheduling your appointment, patients will be asked to provide a credit card to guarantee the appointment. You will not be charged a fee for your appointment. A $50 fee will only be charged to your credit card should you cancel or reschedule within less then 48 hours or fail to show up for your appointment.

Consultation Fees

Consultations are complimentary, however when booking a consult with our Cosmetic Injector, or booking a consult with room for a treatment after you will be asked to provide a valid credit card; Visa debit not accepted. We do not charge your card unless you fail to show up for the appointment or provide us with notice 48hours prior to your appointment of a cancellation.

First Time Clients

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.

Existing Clients

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to review your health history and previous consent forms and update any health concerns with your technician.

Late Arrival

We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at Pulse Skin & Laser Clinic, your appointment is scheduled with a technician whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:

  • You may opt to shorten your treatment
  • You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $50 will be incurred.

Appointment Confirmations

Consultation Fees

Please understand that it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointments. As a courtesy, we do try to give a confirmation call 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Although we will try our absolute best to contact you, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure you will be at your appointment. Pulse Skin and Laser Clinic is not responsible for a missed appointment.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

Please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation/no show fee or loss of a service. Vouchers will automatically be redeemed if applicable, and payment must be made prior to scheduling another appointment.

Scheduling

All following appointments will be pre booked at the end of a treatment session. If you cannot pre book directly after your appointment due to work commitments, rosters, etc, notify Pulse Skin & Laser Clinic ASAP as to when you can attend your next appointment, as we cannot guarantee appointment availability if bookings are not made well in advance.

Provider Requests

We respect your desire to be with a particular treatment provider but we may not always be able to meet special requests due to illness, vacations, and unforeseen schedule changes.

Return/Refund Policy

Services: No refunds will be given, only store credit. Services from packages will be charged at regular price for services used and store credit will be issued for remaining balance. All promotional deals are final sale and cannot be exchanged for another service.
Services purchased prior or during the covid-19 lockdown are non-refundable, however they do not expire. Promotional deal services purchased will be extended 12 months from re-opening date.

Products: Unopened and unused products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with receipt. No Refunds. All pre-ordered products are final sale.

Payments

Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. We accept cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, and Pulse Skin & Laser Clinic gift cards; we do not accept American Express, cheques or email money transfer.

Financing

It is the clients responsibility to pay for services in full. At Pulse Skin & Laser Clinic, we do offer 3 or 6 month 0% interest free financing for those who are approved (some restrictions apply).

Gratuity & Taxes

Gratuities are not included in your total amount. It is common practice to tip 15% – 20% of the original service price. Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your experience, they are greatly appreciated. Gratuities are accepted in the form of cash, debit, or credit card. Taxes are not included in advertised pricing and will be added to your total amount.

Gift Cards/Gift Certificates

Gift cards may be used toward any service or product offered at Pulse Skin & Laser Clinic (some restrictions may apply). Gift cards not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen cards may be replaced for remaining balance on card at the time of report. Gift cards may only be replaced if you have the card #, or proof of purchase.

Prices & Promotions

We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.

All promotional deals are final sale and must be used within 1 year of purchase.

Pregnancy & Health Concerns

Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. When booking your appointment, please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, sun exposure, disabilities or illnesses. Talking with your technician will help customize your service to ensure your maximum safety and benefit. Please keep in mind that pregnancy is a contraindication for majority of our services that we offer.

Teens

Clients between 15 and 17 years old must present written permission from their parents or guardian prior to their first spa service. Clients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.

Children and Pets

For safety purposes we request that you do not leave children and pets unattended. Young children and pets are not allowed in the treatment rooms. We advise that you find an alternate solution for care prior to your appointment. Pulse Skin & Laser Clinic is not liable for any injuries to children or pets left unattended.

Full Disclosure

Our #1 goal is for you to be happy with our service and to love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them. With this in mind, please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and which are medically appropriate for you.
