Consultations are free, however booking for an actual procedure requires a $100 non-refundable deposit. Deposits can be made at your consultation via cash, debit or credit. Without a deposit we cannot book your appointment.
We require 48 hours to reschedule all appointments or your deposit will be forfeited. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once. If you reschedule again you will need to pay another booking fee.
We require 48 hours to cancel an appointment or your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be transferred over to your next appointment. You are allowed to cancel and reschedule your appointment once and must be booked within 3 months.
All no show appointments will lose their deposit, no exceptions.
If you are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment it is considered cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. PMU services takes hours to preform so please be courteous with our time as we are with yours.
Appointments will be confirmed 1 week in advance and again 2 days before your appointment using an automated system. Please understand that it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointments. We are not held responsible for any missed appointments due to your appointment not being confirmed. Please make sure to log your appointment in your calendar so you do not forget it.
We do not give refunds or credits. Please confirm with your artist before moving forward with any treatment.
Children, pets and guests are not allowed at your appointment. Your artist needs full concentration without distractions in order you provide you with the best results possible.
Please arrive to your appointment alone, or you will be asked to reschedule.
Please review all contraindications before booking/arriving for your appointment. If you are unable to move forward with your treatment due to a contraindication you will forfeit your deposit.
Touch ups must be booked within the recommended time frame. You will be charged according to when you come in for your touch up. Please book your touch up appointment well in advance as spots book up quickly. We are not responsible if you do not get a touch up appointment within your recommended time frame due to you booking last minute.
Client is responsible for full payment of services. Remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your appointment, prior to being serviced, no exceptions.
We accept payments in the form of cash or credit only.
